Information we collect
GRIDIRON SEATS collects information needed to run the storefront, respond to support requests, process and fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. This may include name, contact details, billing and shipping information, selected teams, transaction identifiers, and support correspondence.
Payment card details are collected by Whop in its hosted checkout and are not stored by this storefront.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to complete orders, send receipts and service messages, support customers, manage fulfillment and refunds, protect the store from abuse, and maintain required records.
Data is shared only as needed with service providers that support those functions, including payment, hosting, email, fraud-prevention, and fulfillment providers, or when legally required. Gridiron Seats does not sell personal information for money.
Analytics, retention, and choices
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated, cookie-free traffic reporting. It is not used by this storefront to identify a visitor across unrelated websites.
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for order operations, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Contact support to ask about access, correction, or deletion rights that apply in your location.
